Jan Hofmann leads the Artificial Intelligence Competence Center (AICC) at Deutsche Telekom. He is responsible for leveraging AI, and particularly Generative AI, in a human-centered and safe way to fundamentally increase efficiency and CX across DT. Before his role as AICC lead he was responsible DT's AI innovation program "One Conversation", was VP Products at DT digital advertising subsidiary InteractiveMedia, worked in DT's Group Strategy team, at Deutsche Bank, and at DaimlerChrysler.
