Digital Human - Our new Avatar in Digital Sales & Service

Jan Hofmann leads the Artificial Intelligence Competence Center (AICC) at Deutsche Telekom. He is responsible for leveraging AI, and particularly Generative AI, in a human-centered and safe way to fundamentally increase efficiency and CX across DT. Before his role as AICC lead he was responsible DT's AI innovation program "One Conversation", was VP Products at DT digital advertising subsidiary InteractiveMedia, worked in DT's Group Strategy team, at Deutsche Bank, and at DaimlerChrysler.

Sahil Sakhuja has 14 years of experience spanning product management, data analytics, and marketing, and is currently leading transformative Artificial Intelligence initiatives at Deutsche Telekom with a sharp focus on driving innovations in customer service. Sahil's achievements include launching a groundbreaking Generative AI powered chatbot within DT’s AI Competence Center, scaling analytics capabilities across geographies and a range of successful customer-centric initiatives.

Jonathan leads the GenAI product development of Deutsche Telekom’s AI Competence Center since 2022. Lately, he –  jointly with Sahil – focusses on Sales&Service solutions across the European footprint.
After joining Deutsche Telekom 2018, Jonathan worked in commercial management, in DT’s Fiber Company, and as deputy chief of staff to the board member for Technology & Innovation, Claudia Nemat.
With an academic background in economics, technology & consumer studies, Jonathan brings further experience in automotive, market research, and management consulting having worked across Europe, the Middle East and the US. The father of one lives in Bonn, Germany.
