Jan Hofmann is Top Program Lead for Artificial Intelligence / Digital Processes in Technology & Innovation at Deutsche Telekom. In this role, he is responsible for the development and operation of products driving DT’s digital transformation, with a strong focus on AI (innovation program “One Conversation”). Jan joined DT in 2008 with a first tenure at Group Strategy. In 2012, he became Head of Video Advertising at subsidiary InteractiveMedia, where in 2014 he moved on to set up a product department as VP Product. Before joining DT, Jan worked with a startup, Daimler, and Deutsche Bank. He studied physics and product design, and holds a PhD in human computer interaction.

Julian McCrea is CEO of Open Sesame, a B2B application and tools developer pioneering the future of 'social audio' experiences, using 5G technology. The company has built a patent-pending infrastructure platform called ‘SyncStage’ (www.sync-stage.com) that powers application developers to integrate low latency synchronous audio experiences within their applications, using 5G technology. The founding team is made up from Sony, BBC, Disneyland, Sony Pictures and has offices in Los Angeles and Germany. Prior to Open Sesame, Julian ran Portal Entertainment, a UK based digital entertainment company working with Warner Bros, Fox and Disney and was a case study for UK innovation in the creative industry, and was voted Creative Entrepreneur of the Year 2014.

Nathan Rader was born in the US and holds both US and Swedish Citizenship. He is currently living in Germany while working for Deutsche Telekom as VP Cloudified Production.

Before joining Deutsche Telekom, he was leading the Telco practice for Canonical the company behind Ubuntu. He focused on helping Telcos transform to software first telcos. He also has experience in bringing cloud and virtualization to the Tele2 Group as Head of Cloud and Data Center.  Nathan was also responsible for launching the first 4G/LTE network in the world with Telia in Sweden while he was working for Nokia.

In his role at Deutsche Telekom Nathan is responsible for the strategy, technology, architecture and innovation of all cloud related topics for the Deutsche Telekom group. 

Nathan holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

He has been with BMW for almost 20 years, mainly within the development department for customer functions. Ọnụọha held exhibitions and speaking opportunities in venues like La Gaitê Lyrique, FIBER Festival and Le Centre Pompidou, her writing has appeared in publications such as Quartz, Nichons-nous Dans L'Internet, and FiveThirtyEight. She was part of the inaugural class of Fulbright-National Geographic Digital Storytelling Fellows and was nominated as a Technical.ly Brooklyn Artist of the Year in 2017. Ọnụọha’s uses print, code, installation, and video to highlight the tensions at the heart of the "Information Age" and the ways they are differently abstracted, represented, and missed by sociotechnical systems.

Dominik Schnieders is Head of Edge Computing and Innovation Lead at Deutsche Telekom focusing on the enablement of latency-critical application in telecommunication networks. On an interim basis, he also leads Campus Networks. Previously, he was the program manager for the development and rollout of Narrowband-IoT and headed the product development of an IoT platform. Pasi Toivanen is Vice President and Head of Edge Cloud Platforms at Nokia where he is responsible for driving the development of Nokia’s O-RAN and Cloud RAN technologies. In this role he established an Edge Cloud partnering ecosystem across Nokia’s global businesses as well as through partnerships with international Cloud companies to drive innovation and position Nokia as global leader. An impactful, proven industry leader with over 20 years of experience, Pasi is also responsible for Nokia’s Edge Cloud portfolio, which includes AirFrame datacenters, Radio Cloud Platform (RCP), Nokia Edge Automation tool (NEAT), Fronthaul Gateway (FHGW) and Service Enablement Platform (SEP). 
An enthusiastic senior leader, Pasi is well-versed in establishing new organizations, business models and driving organizational transformation. He is passionate about delivering customer success, innovation and building unique solutions with the latest technology and services. 
Pasi joined Nokia in 1998 and has held various senior roles across the Program, Portfolio and Partner divisions. Pasi has also held senior roles at Juniper Networks and at Ericsson, where he was Global Head, IP solutions and Global Head of Service Delivery. In his career he has worked in a number of countries away from his native Finland including China, Germany and the United Kingdom.
