Jan Hofmann is outlining the transformation of customer interactions through GenAI with Frag Magenta 2.0, an award-winning digital assistant that has helped resolve numerous customer issues. Frag Magenta is accessible across various touchpoints. GenAI advancements are enhancing Frag Magenta in terms of customer experience and answer quality. We aim to improve customer experience by curating more accurate responses and developing a robust, scalable, and flexible AI OS. Collaborating with Global Telco AI Alliance, we are focused on creating a telco-specific LLM and growing the technology in many directions.
