Claudia Nemat is member of the Deutsche Telekom Board of Management and responsible for the Board area Technology and Innovation. She is a physicist, thinker, and your Telekom MWC 22 host. She is convinced that the human being must stand at the center of technology. In her view, technology innovations should always solve human problems and provide both a more convenient and sustainable life for people - and the whole planet. During the Mobile World Congress, Claudia Nemat will talk with top speakers such as Rebecca Henderson, Adrian Daub and Refik Anadol. She will take part in panels on sustainability, sovereignty and cloud. She will highlight innovation and technology updates in her Magenta Keynote and announce a music premiere on Monday, 28th February. Jan Hofmann is Top Program Lead for Artificial Intelligence / Digital Processes in Technology & Innovation at Deutsche Telekom. In this role, he is responsible for the development and operation of products driving DT’s digital transformation, with a strong focus on AI (innovation program “One Conversation”). Jan joined DT in 2008 with a first tenure at Group Strategy. In 2012, he became Head of Video Advertising at subsidiary InteractiveMedia, where in 2014 he moved on to set up a product department as VP Product. Before joining DT, Jan worked with a startup, Daimler, and Deutsche Bank. He studied physics and product design, and holds a PhD in human computer interaction.

Omar is a serial entrepreneur and a proven executive with deep knowledge in digital, telecommunications and Information Technology. He was founder and angel investor of several e-commerce, Fintech and big data ventures. Omar holds a master of science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Since 1988, Max has been studying the impact of technological and cultural change on the evolution of society.
