Marijana Bačić is a Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer Business at Hrvatski Telekom (HT), with over 20 years of leadership experience in corporate and ICT transformation. She oversees Sales, Business Marketing, ICT Development and Channel Management, driving the company’s 5G Campus and AI enabled innovation agenda. Marijana has led flagship deployments of 5G Campus networks, as well as strategic initiatives enabling AI driven automation and operational excellence across industries. Previously, she headed Corporate Sales and later served as Vice President for Corporate Customers and ICT, shaping HT Group’s enterprise growth. Last year she also assumed the role of Director of Combis, further strengthening the Group’s focus on ICT, cloud, security, and advanced AI powered solutions.
