Marijana Bačić is a Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer Business at Hrvatski Telekom (HT), with over 20 years of leadership experience in corporate and ICT transformation. She oversees Sales, Business Marketing, ICT Development and Channel Management, driving the company’s 5G Campus and AI enabled innovation agenda. 
Marijana has led flagship deployments of 5G Campus networks, as well as strategic initiatives enabling AI driven automation and operational excellence across industries. Previously, she headed Corporate Sales and later served as Vice President for Corporate Customers and ICT, shaping HT Group’s enterprise growth. Last year she also assumed the role of Director of Combis, further strengthening the Group’s focus on ICT, cloud, security, and advanced AI powered solutions.

Mirela Seserko is Vice President for B2B Connectivity Services Europe at Deutsche Telekom AG, leading the transformation of European B2B connectivity, security, and IoT portfolios into cloud-native, platform-based service models. She drives a customer-centric product vision focused on scalable architectures, portfolio harmonisation, and faster time-to-market across multi-country environments. With deep experience bridging technology, product, and commercial strategy, Mirela works closely with B2B customers to turn connectivity and digital platforms into tangible business outcomes and sustainable growth across European markets. She also serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Slovak Telekom.

Marin Tica is the IT Director of International Zagreb Airport, a role he has held since 2017 after nearly three decades of experience across key IT, infrastructure, and digital transformation functions within the airport. He leads the management, design, and continuity of all IT systems, including information security, ICT service development and sales, and EU project coordination. Marin has overseen major strategic initiatives such as the construction and IT integration of the New Passenger Terminal, full LAN/WLAN and airport systems modernization, and multiple cybersecurity programs. He played a crucial role in preparing IT services for the concession transition and the transfer of systems into a new organizational structure. Today, he is a key driver of NextGen 5G and AI enabled airport operations.
