Dominik Schnieders is Head of Edge Computing and Innovation Lead at Deutsche Telekom focusing on the enablement of latency-critical application in telecommunication networks. On an interim basis, he also leads Campus Networks. Previously, he was the program manager for the development and rollout of Narrowband-IoT and headed the product development of an IoT platform. Before joining Deutsche Telekom in 2014, Dominik worked 16 years in the automotive industry for BMW where he held different management positions. Dominik holds a M.Sc. in electrical engineering as well as in industrial engineering from the Technical University of Munich.

Andreas Gladisch received the Dipl.-Ing. Degree in Theoretical Electro-techniques from the Technical University of Ilmenau and the PhD in Optical Communication from Humboldt University Berlin.
He joined Deutsche Telekom in 1991, where he hold different positions dealing with optical networks, network architecture, network strategy and network-economics. From 2011 to 2016, he was in charge of the Innovation field "Convergent Networks” at Deutsche Telekom Innovation Laboratories, which concentrated on fixed mobile convergence and on convergence of IT
and networks. Since 2017 he is responsible for topic “Emerging technologies” which is one domain of DTs headquarters function on ”Strategy, Technology and Innovation”.

His primary responsibility is to identify, prototyping, and evaluate future mobile network technologies and related concepts (mainly 5G, LTE-A/Pro, Managed connectivity and advanced QoS mechanisms). An impactful, proven industry leader with over 20 years of experience, Pasi is also responsible for Nokia’s Edge Cloud portfolio, which includes AirFrame datacenters, Radio Cloud Platform (RCP), Nokia Edge Automation tool (NEAT), Fronthaul Gateway (FHGW) and Service Enablement Platform (SEP). 
An enthusiastic senior leader, Pasi is well-versed in establishing new organizations, business models and driving organizational transformation. He is passionate about delivering customer success, innovation and building unique solutions with the latest technology and services. 
Pasi joined Nokia in 1998 and has held various senior roles across the Program, Portfolio and Partner divisions. In his career he has worked in a number of countries away from his native Finland including China, Germany and the United Kingdom.
