Since 2003, Petr been working on different positions in Technology organizations of Deutsche Telekom AG and T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. His primary responsibility is to identify, prototyping, and evaluate future mobile network technologies and related concepts (mainly 5G, LTE-A/Pro, Managed connectivity and advanced QoS mechanisms). Petr  is currently strongly focused on future disaggregated RAN architectures. He is also Deutsche Telekom alternate board member of the O-RAN ALLIANCE. Petr received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Czech Technical University in Prague.

Cristina Rodriguez is vice president and general manager of the Wireless Access Network Division (WAND) at Intel Corporation. She leads Intel's efforts to provide innovative network custom solutions, with a focus on 5G wireless access technology. Rodriguez is responsible for strategy, roadmaps, product definition, forecasting, investment decisions and profit and loss for the business. 
Rodriguez earned her bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Instituto Superior Politécnico José Antonio Echeverría in Havana, Cuba and her master's degree in computer science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in Madrid, Spain.
