Claudia Nemat is member of the Deutsche Telekom Board of Management and responsible for the Board area Technology and Innovation. She is a physicist, thinker, and your Telekom MWC 2023 host. She is convinced that the human being must stand at the center of technology. In her view, technology innovations should always solve human problems and provide both a more convenient and sustainable life for people - and the whole planet.

Dominique Leroy, born in 1964, citizenship Belgian, joined the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom Group on November 1, 2020. Dominique Leroy has over 30 years of experience in the consumer goods and telecommunication sector. She started her career at Unilever where her last position was Managing Director for Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2011 she joined Proximus where she quickly became Head of the Consumer Market and held the position of CEO from 2014 till 2019. During this time, she managed to turn around the company with a continuous growth phase and a strong customer experience focus.
