Marijana Bačić is MB Member & COO Business as of Sept. ‘22., responsible for Sales, Business Marketing and Steering, Channel Management and ICT Business Development. Her 20-year career at Hrvatski Telekom includes roles in IT, Finance, Corporate Sales and ICT. She had a big role in developing innovative solutions for companies of all sizes and took part in creating ICT business synergy within the Hrvatski Telekom Group.

Mrs. Tepšić is the Deputy Mayor City of Dubrovnik, as well as honorary consul to the Kingdom of Spain since 2014. She is a professor of the Spanish language, literature and Comparative literature. Mrs. Tepšić is responsible for tourism, sustainability and culture. During her work in past years, the City has been developing strategic, long term project called “Respect the City”.
