Marc Fiedler is Business Owner for T-NAP within DTs Group Technology BU, where he drives the strategic evolution of network automation in the RAN OSS domain. With more than 20 years at Deutsche Telekom, he leads the software development organization for network automation and actively shapes Innovation initiatives, particularly at the intersection of AI and next-generation network architectures. With deep expertise in applying Non-RT RIC capabilities in S-RAN and O-RAN environments, Marc contributes to building intelligent, adaptive, and cloud-native network ecosystems.
He is also a strong advocate of open and scalable architectures, he combines profound knowledge in cloud-native technologies with a clear evangelist mindset for open-source innovation. Prior to his current role, Marc worked as an OSS architect focusing on real-time capabilities within the network technology domain. He represented DTAG as TAC delegate in the ONAP project under Linux Foundation Networking, helping to shape the evolution of open network automation frameworks.
Marc is known for building bridges between business and technology, fostering transparent communication, and empowering teams to translate vision into execution. Shamik Mishra currently serves as Vice President and CTO of Connectivity at Capgemini Engineering. In addition to this, he also leads Capgemini’s group technology domain, “connected futures” as the CTIO. As a global lead for technology and innovation, Shamik drives the connectivity technology portfolio for 5G, virtualization, cloud native, edge computing, autonomous networks, and carrier cloud platforms.  He is also the global head for the connectivity and network engineering practice in Capgemini
Previously, Shamik was the Vice President for Research and Innovation and Global Chief Industry Architect for Altran’s telecommunication business before the acquisition by Capgemini in 2019. A telecom and software industry veteran, Shamik has been instrumental in providing engineering R&D services, frameworks, and solutions to telecom operators, network equipment providers, and software firms around the world.  He has represented Capgemini Engineering at several industry forums, including Linux Foundation Edge, where he was a member of the technical advisory council. He previously served as the deputy chairman for GSMA’s Operator Platform Group and is the founding member of the Margo project with the Linux Foundation. Shamik is a regular speaker at industry and academic conferences and is often covered by the industry media. He has published several peer-reviewed and thought leadership papers. He represents Capgemini in industry bodies like GSMA, Linux Foundation, etc.
He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.

Joe Thome serves as Chief Executive Officer leading AirHop’s strategic initiatives, business operations, marketing and business development activities. He brings extensive leadership experience in building innovative technology companies. Joe has championed AirHop’s product strategy, industry partnerships and business initiative for more than a decade.  Prior to AirHop, he held senior leadership roles in business development and marketing for a digital RF transceiver ICs startup and for Texas Instruments across a variety of cellular UE modem solutions including CDMA2000, WiMAX, TD-SCDMA and UMTS. Joe was a co-founder of Dot Wireless, a CDMA2000 modem IC company, serving as CFO from inception through its acquisition by TI. He has also held various marketing and engineering roles for NextWave Telecom and Motorola. He holds a BSEE from the University of Iowa, a MSEE from National Technological University, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
