Jan Hofmann is Top Program Lead for Artificial Intelligence / Digital Processes in Technology & Innovation at Deutsche Telekom. In this role, he is responsible for the development and operation of products driving DT’s digital transformation, with a strong focus on AI (innovation program “One Conversation”). Jan joined DT in 2008 with a first tenure at Group Strategy. In 2012, he became Head of Video Advertising at subsidiary InteractiveMedia, where in 2014 he moved on to set up a product department as VP Product. Before joining DT, Jan worked with a startup, Daimler, and Deutsche Bank. He studied physics and product design, and holds a PhD in human computer interaction.

Sören is an experienced product leader with a strong background in strategy, innovation and AI. Being a Tribe Lead, he has grown a product team from 15 to 100+ people across contries around the globe over the last 3 years. He is currently building an AI-based individualization engine to enhance customer interaction for Deutsche Telekom. Before joining DT, Sören was working in M&A, Venture Capital and in a startup as CTO.
