Max Thinius is one of Europe’s leading futurologists, specialising in society, sustainability, business and trade. Since 1988, Max has been studying the impact of technological and cultural change on the evolution of society. By exploring the complex interplay between the three pillars of business, politics, and civil society, he aims to promote “intellectual climate change” and a greater awareness of how such tri-sector models can benefit every facet of our lives. He applies tri-sector models to help drive innovation in a variety of areas, including food and health, working on behalf of SMEs, political organizations, trade associations, and thinktanks, in both an advisory and advocacy capacity. Mario Bodemann is a developer evangelist at hub:raum. He joined in 2022 to help hub:raum and Deutsche Telekom to open up their inner workings to the outside world and the other way around: He helps Deutsche Telekom to understanding the outside developer ecosytems and the outside to understand the inner workings of Deutsche Telekom. He loves talking to developers and entrepeneurs alike and tries to understand their motivation to help Deutsche Telekom to tailor their product offering to their needs. As an active member of several communities, he also encourages people to share their knowledge in public speaking, and has been seen to be speaking at international conferences and meetups. First in Munich (DE) and then Toulouse (FR). Was pionier for IT-services in the automotive industry since 2010. Since 2017, started at Valeo for the set up of AVP-Services as new product. LJ is currently based in Paris and Munich.

Axel Menneking is Vice President Startup Incubation & Venturing at Deutsche Telekom. From 2016 onwards, he has headed hubraum, Deutsche Telekom‘s tech incubator. Previously, Axel had various leadership roles in product marketing and product management in fast moving consumer goods, strategy consulting, internet startup and telecom environments. Axel studied Industrial Engineering and Management and holds an Executive MBA of ESCP Europe Business School.

Julian McCrea is CEO of Open Sesame, a B2B application and tools developer pioneering the future of 'social audio' experiences, using 5G technology. The company has built a patent-pending infrastructure platform called ‘SyncStage’ (www.sync-stage.com) that powers application developers to integrate low latency synchronous audio experiences within their applications, using 5G technology. The founding team is made up from Sony, BBC, Disneyland, Sony Pictures and has offices in Los Angeles and Germany. Prior to Open Sesame, Julian ran Portal Entertainment, a UK based digital entertainment company working with Warner Bros, Fox and Disney and was a case study for UK innovation in the creative industry, and was voted Creative Entrepreneur of the Year 2014.

Nathan Rader was born in the US and holds both US and Swedish Citizenship. He is currently living in Germany while working for Deutsche Telekom as VP Cloudified Production.

Before joining Deutsche Telekom, he was leading the Telco practice for Canonical the company behind Ubuntu. He focused on helping Telcos transform to software first telcos. He also has experience in bringing cloud and virtualization to the Tele2 Group as Head of Cloud and Data Center.  Nathan was also responsible for launching the first 4G/LTE network in the world with Telia in Sweden while he was working for Nokia.

In his role at Deutsche Telekom Nathan is responsible for the strategy, technology, architecture and innovation of all cloud related topics for the Deutsche Telekom group. 

Nathan holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Thorsten is a computer scientist with background in embedded systems, autonomous robotics, computer vision and AI. He has been with BMW for almost 20 years, mainly within the development department for customer functions. He has worked on applications within the BMW navigation system, and for autonomous parking systems. As Technical Product Manager for Automated Valet Parking his overall objective is to establish an interoperable AVP ecosystem for the customers of all car brands.

Dr. Rolf Nafziger Senior Vice President Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier is responsible for the international wholesale business of Deutsche Tel-ekom AG. His organization includes all carrier sales operations, mobile wholesale roaming and the inflight business of Deutsche Telekom. 
Rolf previously led Deutsche Telekom’s global B2B business. In earlier years, he had been in charge of the EU Marketing Department at Deutsche Telekom where he was responsible for segment marketing, pricing, CRM, customer intelligence and market research. 
Rolf has a strong track record in B2B and B2C business with a focus on marketing, international sales, business management and strategy. He has a remarkable ability to identify upcoming trends in the market and is thus dedicated to fostering innovation projects by nurturing a culture of creativity and entrepreneurship. 
Rolf holds a PhD and Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne as well as a CEMS Master’s Degree in International Management.
