She does so by presenting entertaining science segments for various TV shows – among others she has presented for BBC, Sky, Discovery and The Science Channel and TechKnow on Al Jazeera America. Shini hosts podcasts and writes children's STEM books (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).  Furthermore, she is committed to girls and women in the field of natural sciences – encouraging them to find their way in a male-dominated sector.

Rickard Damm has more than 20 years of industry experience from working with Ericsson, Telia Company, Deutsche Telecom, GE and startups. He is deeply passionate about improving the customer experience in our services and developing new/unique solutions for unmet needs and underserved customer categories. Until now, he has worked on a wide range of telco innovation topics, including the launch of consumer-facing services/apps for Music Streaming, Mobile TV, Payment systems and Smart Family.

Jan Hofmann is Top Program Lead for Artificial Intelligence / Digital Processes in Technology & Innovation at Deutsche Telekom. In this role, he is responsible for the development and operation of products driving DT’s digital transformation, with a strong focus on AI (innovation program “One Conversation”). Jan joined DT in 2008 with a first tenure at Group Strategy. In 2012, he became Head of Video Advertising at subsidiary InteractiveMedia, where in 2014 he moved on to set up a product department as VP Product. Before joining DT, Jan worked with a startup, Daimler, and Deutsche Bank. He studied physics and product design, and holds a PhD in human computer interaction.

Curiosity for bleeding edge technologies and taking this into product marketing perspective will help to accelerate innovations. Elmar is a thought leader in XR and creative mind, achieved together with other masterminds in the team, that Deutsche Telekom is one of the global leading Telco in XR innovations. Before joining Deutsche Telekom, Elmar worked for LG Electronics. Started to build up mobile PC business in Germany and later he moved on to the mobile phone division at LG.

Omar Tazi, Senior Vice President Product Innovation & Customer Experience (PIC). In this function, he is responsible for best-in-class customer experience for Deutsche Telekom’s product and services innovation and reports directly to Claudia Nemat, Board member for Technology & Innovation. Omar is a serial entrepreneur and a proven executive with deep knowledge in digital, telecommunications and Information Technology. He was founder and angel investor of several e-commerce, Fintech and big data ventures. Omar holds a master of science in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. He is happily married and proud father of two children.

Reghu was a software engineer in his half-life and currently Innovation Lead for the Magenta Voice Program at Deutsche Telekom. He is keen on building great teams that build great products and takes pride in having written code in all the three tier architecture layers - from programming databases to server middleware to user interfaces. He was named #12 Top Voice Technologist worldwide by voicebot.ai in 2020 for his thought leadership in the voice assistant domain. His technology expertise includes hands-on experience in speech & language technologies, distributed big data systems, internet of things, cloud platforms, microservices and machine learning. Two questions that keeps him motivated day by day are people and technology - How can I help others become better & what is new in the vast technology world today?

An engineer by profession and heart, Thorsten is driven by a focus on human-centered technology to impact magenta T. He joined Deutsche Telekom in 1998, holding various management positions in online and core telco products. Since 2019 Thorsten is as Innovation Lead responsible for connectivity products and services. He rolled out products serving millions of users with a superior connectivity experience and is currently leading the Broadband Community and RDK initiative at Deutsche Telekom.
