Ricardo Villarreal

Ricardo is part of Azure for Operators at Microsoft, responsible for Azure Programmable Connectivity –a platform to make Azure the best place for developers to write and deploy network intelligent apps. Prior to Microsoft, he worked for Cisco, Level 3 Comm., McKinsey & Co. and strategy teams of HSBC and American Express. Ricardo has an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master’s in Electrical Eng. from Cornell University.
