Ms Kefalogianni was first elected as Member of Parliament in 2007 in Rethymnon, Crete. She was re-elected in 2009. She was elected as MP for the central district of Athens in May/June 2012, January/September 2015 and July 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens (1997), a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial and Corporate Law, King’s College, University of London (1998) and a Masters degree in International Relations (GMAP) from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University - Boston (2006). She has an extensive professional experience practicing law, both in Athens and abroad. Between 2004-2006 she served as legal advisor to the Prime Minister of Greece.
