Mati Staniszewski is the co-founder and CEO of ElevenLabs, whose mission is to make content universally accessible in any language and voice. The AI audio research and deployment pioneer builds tools to create lifelike speech and sound effects in 32 languages. It serves various industries, including publishing, entertainment, and education, as well as areas such as accessibility and conversational AI. Before starting ElevenLabs, Mati was a Deployment Strategist at Palantir, overseeing large-scale product implementations across public and private sectors. Previously, at BlackRock, he helped develop product models and launched the Aladdin Wealth platform. Mati began his career at Opera Software.

Ryan Foutty is Vice President of Business at Perplexity, where he leads consumer business development and partnerships with brands like Deutsche Telekom, Uber, and Softbank. He began his career in marketing before joining Uber in 2013 as one of its first 400 employees. He later served as Global Head of Business Development at Lime and VP of Business Development at OpenSea, collaborating with major brands and creators.

He has a long career within the telecom ecosystem, having worked at Ericsson, Telia Company and now at Deutsche Telekom. He is currently heading up Deutsche Telekom's Consumer AI initiatives that aim to bring AI capabilities to millions of Telekom customers.
