The administration of justice faces the complex challenge of bringing its processes closer to citizens and professionals. It is essential for these processes to be agile and straightforward. With an innovative and transformative approach, the General Directorate for the Modernization of the Administration of Justice and the CTTI have been working together with T-Systems on various PoCs to assess whether AI tools can contribute to this process of simplification and streamlining. Following several successful PoCs with T-Systems, the Department and the CTTI have decided to embark on a complex project to develop an AI-powered Virtual Assistant, featuring highly useful tools for the judiciary: Anonymizer, document classifier, plain language translator, support for reading judicial documents
