Chathurangi began her career at T-Systems in 2010 in Germany & UK. She later transitioned into technology and then to wholesale and B2B to gain extensive experience in wholesale and business customer sectors. With deep expertise in telecommunications infrastructure, she led technical product development for Transport Networks and collaborated with regulatory authorities. She also managed commercial and product responsibilities for B2B segments at Telekom Deutschland. Since March 1st 2025, she has taken on the role of SVP Magenta Business API within the DTAG P&T Group Technology division.

Prior to Orange LiveNet, Otilia held different roles within Orange from R&D, business, technology to leadership, shaping strategic partnerships, new businesses, technology strategy and development.

Peter Arbitter has been active in the ICT industry since 1991. He began his career as a freelancer and later served as CFO of a mid-sized service company. He then spent twelve years at Siemens AG in various management roles, including strategy for the COM business unit, telco sales for the IT unit, data center operations within the outsourcing business, and ultimately as CTO of the IT unit.
In 2009, Arbitter joined T-Systems GmbH as Vice President of the IT and Cloud portfolio. Two years later, he moved to Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, where he led technical support for enterprise customers in the DACH region and later headed the “Cloud & Enterprise” business group.
In 2016, Arbitter returned to Deutsche Telekom to lead the B2B product division, overseeing the “Enterprise Networks” and “SDx” units, both multi-billion-dollar organizations. In 2023, he began building the group-wide Magenta APIs business unit. Since March 2025, he has served as Chief Commercial Officer at Aduna.

Johanna leads the Network API business unit for Vodafone Group. She and her team enable businesses and developers to use the strength of Vodafone’s global network to stimulate the next wave of innovation and digital services. By doing so, they serve as a catalyst for internal change and developer first thinking and foster impactful collaborations, including the launch of Vodafone's Developer Marketplace and a unified strategy across the business. Johanna is also instrumental in driving industry thinking through the GSMA Open Gateway, is a CAMARA executive board member, and is a key founder of the New Aduna industry JV.
