Jelka Seitz

Jelka Seitz is an expert at working in the new (digital) world and is passionate about technology, humans, and how they come together. For more than 20 years, she has been interested in the possibilities of new technologies, how people and teams behave, and what makes them successful and satisfied. She has extensive experience in the high-tech industry as well as the digital scene and today, she is the founder and managing director of the Digital Leaders Institute (DLI). With the DLI, she has set out to inspire people with the possibilities of new technologies and support them in acquiring skills for the digital world so that they, as well as their organizations, can grow.
