Dr. Ferri Abolhassan is member of the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom AG and CEO for T-Systems. In this role he is responsible for Germany’s first Industrial AI Cloud. He has a PhD in Computer Sciences and is editor of numerous specialized books such as cloud computing, IT security, Service and Leadership. He is a thought leader for artificial intelligence and voluntarily involved in various organizations, e.g. Member of the Board of DFKI (German Research Center for AI), Member of the Board of Trustees of the Max Planck Institute for Informatics, Member of Main Board Bitkom e.V. and Member of Expert Commission “Competition & AI” of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs & Energy.

Markus joined ServiceNow in August 2023. In his role as Senior Group Vice President EMEA Central, he has overall responsibility for the business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland as well as Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). 

In this role, he is responsible for expanding partnerships and customer relationships, driving success and innovation as well as building and growing ServiceNow's team in these regions. 

Prior to ServiceNow, Markus was Senior Vice President Germany for Salesforce’s key account business and represented the interests of German customers, employees and partners as a member of the DACH management team. 

He has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry through his roles in leadership positions at major corporations such as SAP, IBM and Netscape. In addition to his responsibilities, Markus Ehrle is committed as a mentor for German startups and volunteers with education and non-profit transformation projects.
