Dominique Leroy, joined the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom Group on November 1, 2020. She is responsible for the Board Area Europe and is a member of the Board of T-Mobile US and OTE S.A. Dominique Leroy has over 30 years of experience in the consumer goods and telecommunication sector. She started her career at Unilever where her last position was Managing Director for Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2011, she joined Proximus where she quickly became Head of the Consumer Market and held the position of CEO from 2014 till 2019. During this time, she managed to turn around the company with a continuous growth phase and a strong customer experience focus.

Ulf Ewaldsson is the President of Technology at T-Mobile. The network and innovation expert is currently responsible for managing and developing T-Mobile’s wireless network, information technology services, and technology operations.
Ewaldson joined T-Mobile in 2019 to lead and transform T-Mobile’s 5G network deployment. Previously, he held various leadership positions at networking and telecommunications company Ericsson in Sweden.
