Dominique Leroy, joined the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom Group on November 1, 2020. She is responsible for the Board Area Europe and is a member of the Board of T-Mobile US and OTE S.A. Dominique Leroy has over 30 years of experience in the consumer goods and telecommunication sector. She started her career at Unilever where her last position was Managing Director for Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2011, she joined Proximus where she quickly became Head of the Consumer Market and held the position of CEO from 2014 till 2019. During this time, she managed to turn around the company with a continuous growth phase and a strong customer experience focus.

Ulf Ewaldsson is the President of Technology at T-Mobile. The network and innovation expert is currently responsible for managing and developing T-Mobile’s wireless network, information technology services, and technology operations.
Ewaldson joined T-Mobile in 2019 to lead and transform T-Mobile’s 5G network deployment. Previously, he held various leadership positions at networking and telecommunications company Ericsson in Sweden.

In collaboration with the Federal Police, a pilot program was conducted at specific locations in 2023 to test policing applications with network slicing. DT Board Member Claudia Nemat and Dr. Michael Mark, CIO of the Federal Police, will address the applications’ network requirements, pilot findings and future prospects during their discussion.

Dr. Michael Mark has a military background as a combat troop officer.
He joined the Federal Police in 1999. During his career he has commanded the Federal Police District Offices in Görlitz and in Dresden.
At the former Federal Police Headquarters East in Berlin, he was responsible for threat prevention, and at the Federal Ministry of the Interior (now called Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community) he was responsible for organizational issues of the Federal Police, among other things.
He had several assignments abroad, including in Afghanistan.
In 2014, Dr. Mark took over as head of the strategy Section of the IT Directorate at the Federal Police Headquarters and has been in charge of the said Directorate since 2021, which makes him the CIO of the Federal Police.
