Marc started his professional career at IBM. He grew further at Microsoft, where he managed sales & marketing for MSN and Microsoft Online services in EMEA, led the Global Agency team, and became Global CMO for Microsoft Advertising. After sixteen years at Microsoft, Marc moved on to manage the top 14 markets for IPG Mediabrands. In 2014 he became a founding partner of Duval Union. Since March 2023, Marc is the CEO of Utiq.

Boris started his professional career at PwC, advising TMT clients on transactions, valuation & strategy. He then moved on to Deutsche Telekom, where he spent two years in the technology & ínnovation area before joining the Group Strategy department in 2016. In his latest role at DT, Boris was the Acting VP for Strategy Development. In mid 2023, Boris joined Utiq to head the Strategy & Telco Partnerships team.
