Youssef Nassef has led the adaptation workstreams under the UNFCCC since their inception. He possesses over 30 years of experience in diplomacy and international environmental policy, and is a seconded diplomat from the Egyptian Foreign Service.

Melanie Kubin-Hardewig is Vice President, Group Corporate Responsibility at Deutsche Telekom. She is responsible for the group-wide design and execution of Deutsche Telekom's Corporate Responsibility Strategy. This covers a wide range of from environmental to social aspects, including sustainable supply chains and finance as well as the development of DT's targets and KPIs. She also leads DT's top sustainability initiatives. Melanie has previously held various management roles at different entities of Deutsche Telekom. She is a trained lawyer and holds an MBA.

Alessandro is an expert of tech, telecom and digital policy. Prior to joining ETNO, he was European Affairs advisor at Vodafone Group and Vice-Chairman at the Mobile Commerce Working Group of GSMA Europe. In 2010, Alessandro worked in the Brussels team of Telecom Italia. In 2009, as a public relations officer at the European Parliament, he implemented the information campaign for the European Elections in Northern Italy. He holds a Master Degree in Management from Bocconi University in Milan (2009), including an exchange programme at the Hitotsubashi University of Tokyo (2008). He also completed Executive Education courses at UC Berkeley (2016) and MIT Sloan (2018).
