Melanie Kubin-Hardewig is Vice President, Group Corporate Responsibility at Deutsche Telekom. She is responsible for the group-wide design and execution of Deutsche Telekom's Corporate Responsibility Strategy. This covers a wide range of from environmental to social aspects, including sustainable supply chains and finance as well as the development of DT's targets and KPIs. She also leads DT's top sustainability initiatives. Melanie has previously held various management roles at different entities of Deutsche Telekom. She is a trained lawyer and holds an MBA.

Massamba Thioye is leading at the UNFCCC secretariat, the UN Climate Change Global Innovation Hub. He is also Advisory Committee member of the European Green Digital Coalition and member of the Strategic Advisory Board of the "Net-Zero" initiative under ISO. In 2006 he was elected Chairman of GeSI, and together with the other board members, he successfully developed GeSI to become a recognised global organisation in the sustainability area. Under his leadership, GeSI became a globally recognised Industry organisation in the field of sustainability and a "Thought Industry Leader" in the area of climate change.
