Deutsche Telekom enables and integrates innovation into their portfolio in order to offer more sustainable solutions. CityBreeze is a biotech filter that quantifiably improves air quality in urban areas. The unique combination of technology and biology is enabled by connectivity, with the screen as a digital interface serving as an effective communication display for more digital touchpoints. The highlight of this session is a live demonstration of the product in the "real world" (Hubraum, Berlin - DT’s tech incubator), followed by a short Q&A at the end.

Peter Sänger is a horticulturalist, entrepreneur, and the CEO of Green City Solutions. The CityBreeze is his brainchild. Peter first became passionate about fighting air pollution when traveling through the cities of Europe as a young man. He learned about the purifying effects of various kinds of plants — particularly moss — as a student of horticulture and business management at Dresden University, Germany.
