Prateek Choudhary is the CEO of Syntelligence AI, a joint venture formed by five of the world’s leading telecom operators to tackle some of the biggest AI challenges in voice and network intelligence. He leads the company’s vision to build large-scale, production-ready AI systems that restore trust in communications, improve customer experience, and unlock new efficiencies for global telcos.
Prateek brings deep experience at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and scale. Prior to Syntelligence AI, he held senior product and leadership roles at Amazon and Meta, where he led teams building and launching AI-driven products used by millions of customers worldwide.

Prateek graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a dual major in Computer and Electrical Engineering and holds an MBA from IESE Business School, Barcelona.

Jan Hofmann is Head of Deutsche Telekom’s AI Competence Center (AICC). The AICC is responsible for developing products and providing 3rd party tools that drive DT’s AI transformation. In addition, the AICC has provided guidance for DT Group on safe leverage of AI, AI tool prioritization, and AI strategy. Jan joined DT in 2008 at Group Strategy. 2012 he was appointed Head of Video Advertising at subsidiary InteractiveMedia, where in 2014 he moved on to set up a product department as VP Product. From 2015 on, he led the development of a broad range of digital products at DT’s product & innovation unit. In parallel he ramped up DT’s largest AI innovation programme, which he fully focused on starting 2018. Before joining DT, Jan worked with a startup, Daimler, and Deutsche Bank, mostly in and around digital. He studied physics and product design, and holds a PhD in human computer interaction. Jan is married and father of two.
