European Edge Continuum​ - Connecting Europe through federated edge innovation

Together with TIM, Telefonica, Orange and Vodafone DT is bringing a European Edge Cloud Continuum to live: Last year, a vision was presented: European Edge Federation, based on the work being done in projects like IPCEI-CIS and 8ra. This year, it’s a reality: the 5 largest European operators are federating their edge environments. The first European Edge Computing federation is now live in lab and pre-production.​ This is the first step towards industrial and commercial deployment.
