Agentic AI: From Thinking to Acting

Agentic AI systems are already successfully embedded in operational processes. Unlike generative AI, which creates content in response to prompts, agentic AI autonomously pursues complex goals by planning, deciding, and executing tasks end to end. In a recent project, an agentic information hub was built for a mobile services provider, enabling real-time location insights through automated data consolidation. Detecon’s APEX framework provides a structured approach to designing, implementing, and governing agentic AI at scale.
